@Katie -- you make a good point, but again that&#039;s kind of their prerogative. And I guess it makes sense, too. I mean, if you&#039;re trying to quit clearly they&#039;ve already pissed you off somehow. Might as well make it hard for you to quit, it&#039;s not like they&#039;re on your good side anyway...!
